Why is Arizona being punished with the "new" forecast page? Links take you to a "oops" page, no descriptive 10 day forecast, no NEXRAD without pain?

Every time I open the Weather Underground web site and click Wundermap Radar it ALWAYS opens in the San Francisco bay area but I live in Seattle
What other weather app can I use after deleting WU app.? After using this app for 10 years, it is utterly useless.
