Why does my WU App on Android say "Please Try Again Later" when I run it???

Every time I open the Weather Underground web site and click Wundermap Radar it ALWAYS opens in the San Francisco bay area but I live in Seattle
What other weather app can I use after deleting WU app.? After using this app for 10 years, it is utterly useless.
