I have paid for the service (around $2.00/year). Given the "Try again later" behavior, I think I want to cancel my subscription. How do I do that?

Every time I open the Weather Underground web site and click Wundermap Radar it ALWAYS opens in the San Francisco bay area but I live in Seattle
