Good question! Sizing can definitely be tricky at times, but it's actually pretty easy! On our website, we have a pretty accurate size chart you can check. I should also mention that, like many shapers, these tend to run small. Most people intend for them to be on the tighter side. If you're not comfortable with that or you're between sizes, I might suggest you go a size up.
