You may never get it. Most, if not all, items are shipped from China so it takes weeks if you actually get it. Many people, me included, never get their order and customer service is a joke.
It will take at least a month. Often, I have complained of overly long shipping times and since they have trouble tracking since they deal with so many companies, often they refund my money, but I still get the item. Is it fake? No. I have ordered over 50 items and liked all. Trick is, READ THE REVIEWS. They use different companies and if something is cheap, People will comment. Clothing is sized for Asian market and I ordered an xxl even though I wear a medium. Clothes tend to be poorly made. Check if people have posted pictures, and then you can really tell! Watches and purses have been high quality and look great.
If you don't mind the possibility of your item being lost, taking months to arrive, or your credit card being compromised, then, yes, it is completely safe to shop from. I'm not saying this is going to happen, but keep in mind that all of those things are possibilities. Personally, I use the app just fine, I've never had any glaring issues.
I like there make up but no it doesn't come when it's suppose to... its coming from China so it takes forever... other then the make up I wouldn't order anything else just because when I didn't it was awful cheap stuff

Well Q, the website is not "fake", however, in my own opinion (based upon personal experiences) I would advise most people to refrain from conduction business with Wish.com because I truly do not believe they company practices ethical or responsible business transactions. PLease proceed with caution.
Anywhere from 4 weeks to never. Some of the items you order never show up and you may be able to get a refund and you may not. No real customer service.the contact us label only gives you the same answers and questions over and over no real place for customer service
I've made 3 purchases. 2 of them were a total waste. 1 (an iPad satchel-like case, which cost $26) was of good quality. The other 2 (a phone cover and a plug-in phone speaker under $10 each) were total garbage. I've deleted the app and my email subscription, and will never buy from them again.
Pay only by paypal to be protected other wise they do not have a very good track record!
