My headphones were clearly used with wear marks, not in original packaging and a loose ear piece. Oh... they didn't work either.

I was looking for a bluetooth headset and came across this site with more than a 50% discount on a plantronics voyager pro bluetooth headset that's worth $100. has anyone in this community done business with this website?

Answer:

Yes. They sent me used broken headphones and are ignoring my request for a refund. I don't trust them any longer and don't want any of their bs.
