I am getting worried, I placed an order with Wigsway and now viewing previous customer comments..Is there a way and I can my payment and order right now please?

I spent almost two months trying to get my refund from this company. Eventually I did. As far as I understand the law or England and Wales where this company say they are based, there has to be something like "misrepresentation " of the product for you to ask for a refund. I would wait and see if "What you ordered is what they deliver." if it is not, colourwise, materialwise etc....you are covered.

This company need to be shut down.... They are scammers. I still want to go on LBC radio and tell everyone NOT to deal with them.

If you paid through paypal, contact them and tell them you have concerns you are dealing with a bad company. They may be able to help. Good luck x

I had several emails between myself and wigs way. The answer was still the same even for a different question. Wigsway is a fraud and they don't care about customer satisfaction and are not wiling to refund. I eventually contacted PayPal as I paid through them and managed to get a full refund and to keep the wig also even I will never wear it.

LADIES, YES they are scammers and very good at it. They are aware that the majority of customers are not experienced in the legalities and/or practices of a Company (or fraudulent practices of a Company). I perused their presentation (so called Terms & Conditions) and it is fraught with ambiguity, misrepresentation, vagueness and biased conditions. For one example, (under Cancellation Policy) STANDARD ORDERS must be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation. What do they consider to be a Standard Order? What do they consider to be a Custom Made Order? You will be surprised at their answers if you asked. What you consider is "Standard" or "Custom Made" is totally different to what they will state it to be if you ASKED them. They are aware of this and know that customers will go on their assumption of what this means. This is where they get you because they do not diisclose what they consider it to be in their Terms & Conditions.You would be shocked to know that they consider it Custom Made if you wish the Wig to be in the colour & size that you want! Yes I know, it does not make any sense. So what is a Standard Order? Do you see what I am getting at? It goes on & on. This is why there are so many disputes and unsatisfied customers. There Terms & Conditions is not a Contract as it has not been agreed to by both parties, therefore you can set your own Terms (hard to do but legal. They will absolutely hate this) and have THEM agree and confirm to your Terms & Conditions. On & on & on. GET SAVVY AND LEGAL SMART LADIES!
