How can I change the color on my order before it ships out ??

I agree with Fallon- the wig you receive will be nothing like the one on the website. You will most likely not be offered a refund and they will wear you down in 'customer services'. My advice is, if you paid by credit card is to raise a dispute with them- and the Credit Card provider will take over the stress for you. Good luck!

I am so very sorry, but they will not allow you to do anything. They will tell you via email that the wig is already done and that it has been specially made to order and cannot be changed. If you wish to return it, don't bother with that either because they send out begging and pleading emails urging you not to return it. This unfortunately is how they make their money, by innocent people like us being duped into buying their worthless rubbish. I doubt the wig you ordered will be the one on their website. Sorry. Start with Paypal. Try and get your money bach through them. I lost over €80.00. I sincerely hope it works out for you.
