How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at wigsbuy-reviews.polyvore?

Answer:

Next to impossible. Phone number is fake, had live chat, but they've cancelled that option. They don't respond to facebook or instagram inquiries. Just don't buy from them.

I ordered a wig. paid by discover card. wig has not arrived. company will not respond to my emails.

Answer:

Good luck. You won't receive a response. I've attempted phone, email, Facebook, instagram, live chat, I've got only one response stating that "they can't do anything about it".
