You cannot reach them via their email link and they do not provide any other option for contact

The email address on their website is incorrectly spelled, but if you figure that out and spell it correctly, they will respond, usually in a day or two. They just won't let you return or exchange the incorrect item they sent you. So, you can reach them, it just won't do any good.
