What is the cancel policy

Answer:
I don; t know what the policy is. They did agree to cancel the monyhly membership after much talking but claimed the box of wine had been sent out. They asked me not to accept the wine but UPS delivered it to a neighbor, therefore, I had to pick it up and return it. I had to pay UPS for returning the wine. It cost me money and I got no value.
