I have listed two tickets for sale, and Viagogo sent me an email saying they were "now listed for sale," but when I go to the website, the tickets are not listed. Other tickets in the same section of the stadium are listed for more money than I am asking, but mine are not there. I can't go to the concert and just want to get part of my money back. Thanks!

I bought a ticket from viagogo this week for Metallica in birmingham. Not realising it was a resale site. It was an eticket to download and had someone elses name on so now it cannot be used so £140 wasted. Endless emails to viagogo fruitless
How can we report them and try to get our money back

I am guessing your tickets ARE listed. Viagogo add on their commission to the price you want to be paid, so they will show up on their website for more than you asked,

I personally have been more than happy with the Service as a Seller. I've not been well and therefore unable to attend some venues and have been able to Utilise the Services of Viagago to move on my tickets which i am unable to use. I have read many reviews criticizing hidden charges but have proceeded to checkout the purchase as if i was going to buy tickets to see how you are advised on costs. It is very clear throughout the checkout process what charges are going to be applied at final payment. People are slating Viagago including the Government and MPs, why is the same level of criticism not being applied to GETMEIN part of Ticketmaster Companies which operate very much in the same way which have also used also? Ticketmaster Group are no better than any reselling companies as they Sell face value tickets but then happy to promote GETMEIN on their Ticketmaster Website when Venue Tickets have sold out as a Second Lifesaving option... The bottom line is that people buy from Ticket Reselling sites as they have not been to get tickets for various reasons at the initial point of Sale including not realising tickets were on Sale by their favourite Artists and upon realising want a Second chance of being able to buy often 6 - 12 Months later after the initial tickets are offered on Sale but now sold out. Two Words - Buyers Remorse, we've all experienced it I'm sure, we've bought something in life but then had second thoughts about our purchase. Like anything in life whether it's a new car, House Purchase, your favourite chocolate, but like all products and Services, the true cost and Value of them is only decided by the Purchaser themselves on how they value what they're spending their money on. Therefore if you don't think some tickets are of true value to you it's simple... Don't buy them as buyers remorse is likely to creep in real quick,,,,, there will be someone else just around the corner that believes they are of personal value to them. Viagago offer the same services as GETMEIN and other similar Companies, we all have the option to say yes or no, so make your choices and stop whinging!

They will only show what they consider as the best value tickets unless you untick the best value ticket box, see if that works
