Why can't we see the detail of what we ordered and are being refunded on the previous orders? Very frustrating

Good Afternoon Tanya, you should be able to see your order history on your account online. The online account will only show orders placed after the account is made, so any order placed if you checked out as a guest will not be visible. If you need us to send you a copy of an invoice please reach out to us at socialsupport@venus.com
