I ordered a bikini and a payment was made to Vbridal. I didn't get a mail with a order-confirmation. I want to know the status of my order.
How does anyone ever get any assistance from this place? I utilized their own complaint form & sent complaints and pictures months ago & heard nothing
I have a pending order with vbridal, dress should have been shipped already.But when i send an inquiry they dont answer...
If my daughter wears a size 7 junior in U.S but the measurements it ask you to take says a 10, what size should you go with?
if a dress I order does not fit - can I return for a full refund?
I cannot get an answer to when I will get my dress..the phone number doesn't work...when I tried to submit an email it stated the submission failed...
is the quality and material as bad as former customers says? Please be honest
