I still haven't made up my mind if to book through Vayama it is true the price difference is very tempting but the bad reviews are puting me down. How can I make sure I wouldn't have any problems?

Don't do it -- not worth it. They won't actually book you on those flights your seeing, and will change your itinerary before your flight actually goes out. -- So much so I was booked on a flight that made me miss my connection, and they said I had no choice but to rebook that leg of my trip 2 days prior or after... so I asked for a refund and it's being "approved" -- $700 down the drain.

Walk Away. Go with you next choice. It's worth paying a little extra.

I had an awful experience with them. Putting my last name as Mr, and putting my wife's last name as Mrs, is inexcusable. Never NEVER use them!

Contact the Director of Customer Relations
David Rush- he's a nice guy/ he contacted me after I cancelled my tickets and posted some reviews and guaranteed if I changed my mind he'd make sure to follow my ticketing process to fruition. But honestly I ended up booking even CHEAPER tickets through a company in Madrid called Travelgenio.com and they have PHENOMENAL trained customer service reps and are super helpful and LEGIT! Good Luck!

My advise: if you still want to risk it try to do it on sinner when there's not many weather cancellations because if you do have one you will be COMPLETELY screwed by this con artists!

Even if you are sure of your itinerary, I still wouldn't book with them! I was sure of my itinerary and then there was a natural disaster... you never know what's going to happen! Don't do it, not worth the hassle... even for the price!

Based on my won experience, and those reported by others, if you are certain of your itinerary (no changes at all!) and read EVERYTHING carefully, you should reduce your risk of problems. Make sure you have your ticket as soon as you pay, and expect no help after that. Of course, risk of problems will still be there, but much less I expect.
