How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Vanillasnowball.com?

They never responded to my support email -- I sent it to them over three weeks ago.

They do respond but are awful and will skirt around any issue so you get nowhere with them. It's best just to never to buy from them.

They respond in a few days but they will not help you at all. They don't care about their customers. Based on my experience, I will NEVER order from them again.
