The billing terms are very clear! $10 only if buy in "bulk," the number specified.

I believe you give an "auction" estimate. is this typically lower than what you would expect at a retail shop or online shop such as ebay or etsy.

Hi Marie, yes auction values are usually less than a retail or private sale price. This is because retailers have to take into account their overheads and private sellers such as those on eBay can value their items however they wish regardless of an item's value on the open market.
