I booked at Hotel Clarendon in Quebec City for August 6-9 but need to cancel and rebook for August 20-23 and want to reuse my $50 welcome credit. Help

To cancel an upcoming booking, sign in to your members area and navigate to your Trips page.

Select the booking you want to cancel and review the cancellation policy to make an informed decision. Applicable refund will apply and will reflect in your account in 3 to 5 business days.

Additionally, if the booking is canceled free of charge, you will receive your travel credit back in your account.

When done, a cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you for your records. Please check your spam or junk folder just in case.
