I ordered boots from this site for my sister and I and was completely scammed. I explained the situation to my bank, had to cancel my debit card, BUT was reimbursed by my bank. THANK GOD. I also know of a friend who had the same thing happen but to a different "fake" Ugg Site and she got her money back from her credit card company. Just really stinks b/c people go to these sites b/c they want the boots but can't really afford them, then they end up getting screwed. It's just not fair and I sympathize with anyone who this happens to. As for the communication with this site- there is none. It's only email and no one ever responds. You are always better off buying the real thing from a trusted site. Lesson learned for me.

They scam you of your money, and do not allow you to return the product. The box they arrived it was crap, completely ripped open and just a joke. The lady who emails you about returning is very rude and disrespectful. Good thing this site got closed down it was a joke.
After waiting 3 weeks, my boots arrived. The box was the first clue, it said black tall boots, when I ordered the grey metallic boots. These boots are a fake, and a terrible one at that! $94.00 for what they call authentic Ugg boots. The UGG tag on the back is the wrong color, the liner is the wrong color and is not sheepskin! One even feels larger than the other! They are a JOKE! If it looks too good to be true, IT IS! Do not order from a company that can't spell, that was my first bad feeling I had, yet I thought maybe just some typos. Right! This company goes under many names, so beware!
This website is a big JOKE. Don't order from them! I returned two pairs of UGG boots since January. They are saying that they have no records of me ever placing any order and they can't returned my money back because my order # DOES NOT exist. They can't spell and don't make any cense. I HATE THEM! They owe me $160.00.
I have been trying to get a response above exchanging boots for the correct size since before christmas. After several emails, i can't get a response.
THIS WEBSITE IS ABSOLUTELY A BIG JOKE. I HATED THE PRODUCT WHEN I RECEIVED IT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT A GENIUNE PRODUCT. THE COOR OF THE SHEEPSKIN WAS GRAY IN A BROWN BOOT. ARE THEY COLORED BLIND OR WHAT. THEN WHEN I CONTACTED THE COMPANY A BIG FAT 9/5 JOB AND WAS TOLD TO TRY TO RESALE TO SOMEONE BECAUSE IT WAS VERY COSTLY TO RETURNT. WHAT I FOUND INTERESTED WAS THE FACT THE PACKAGE ARRIVED AFTER THE STATED DATE AND IT WAS AN INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL. OH YEAH THE MADE SURE THAT THEY TOOK THE MONEY BEFORE. PLEASE BEWARE FOR DOIN BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. MY ADVISE PAY THE FULL MONEY FROM A LIABLE COMPANY.IT REALLY PAYS IN THE LONG RUN ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO RETURNING.
Unfortunately for the other reviewer, this site has already gone. There is just the usual placeholder junk there now.
