Do not trust this site! Just had a pair of ugg boots arrive earlier today via parcel force although I ordered on 14th January 2011... Website doesnt update the whereabouts of the product... When emailed three times, a response from china or japan but went in to my junk mail saying dear friend blah blah blah, a lot of orders but do not worry I will get mine soon. That was it! When arrived and I opened they smelt of strong glue! No card of authenticity! Fur inside feels like it's been cut off a big role of fake fur! Really not happy and to be honest p**sed off that they cost me alot of money (monry i havent really got) including the exchange fees. Please don't fall for it...
