Ordered a pair of Uggs from this site and received them on 10th November. They were then given to my daughter on Christmas Day.On the first day of wearing them the whole side of the boot became undone. I contacted Customer Services and sent a photograph. Their reply was they wouldnt repair them as this was wear and tear on our part(She had worn them once) Also they said I should read their returns policy, this i did and it does not mention faulty goods returns.The boots donot appear to be of the quality i expect of real Uggs. I am suprised that a web site selling genuine Uggs would not have a faulty goods policy. Consider very carefully when ordering.

I purchased a pair of uggs from this web site, they are FAKE, the web site looked genuine. Total scam!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE FAKES! I have confirmed this with uggaustrailia. It is a very, very convincing site but if you look closely you will find spelling and gramer mistakes. Also the site's domain name is registered to a 'michael meng' in china! Do not give him your money or your details - you have been warned!
THEY SELL NOTHING BUT FAKES AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK STAY AWAY
The refund info on their page is a load of rusbbish and they offered me a £10 refund for £90.00 boots. The boots look ok but are no where near the quality of a £100 pair of boots. The lining is synthetic, you can see the glue, the lining is showing in the stiches, the boots are 'baggy' and wrinkly' they are SCAMERS and should be shut down.
