Because it appears that Twoo is just another scam site.

You don't hear from them because they aren't real. They are bots and it was their job to write you in order to make you interested and make you pay. Nowadays it's really difficult to find a real person on Twoo, especially a real woman, all they do is use bots instead of attracting real people. I removed my profile from Twoo and switched to
