I asked them basic questions on Electronic Circuits and they were unable to answer the questions. After canceling the service, they "automatically" billed my credit card the next month. They gave me the run around when I tried to get a refund for the over charge and told me it was my fault that they billed me automatically. I sent them screen captures of when I signed up that provided I did not sign up for the auto pay service. They had no explanation and I was forced to call my credit card company to get the issue resolved.

This is really nice. I love tutor next. I am in six grader and tutor help me with the step by step which is like a real tutor. I love this site and i will recomend my frd as well in my school.the tutor are really patient. I can rate this 10 out 10.

STAY AWAY from Tutornext. They were unable to answer any of the questions that I submitted to them during the first 1 week trial period. The Tutor told me he didn't even know how to start the problems. He told me to wait for some one else. There was no-one else. The questions would sit until the time expired and I would have to re-submit the questions. Tutors are also not available 24 hrs 7 days a week. The tutors for the area I was asking question in were only available for 8 hrs at most a day.

Then they charged me not only for the first week of tutoring, they charged me for an additional month of services.

STAY AWAY for Tutor Next they are a -10 out of 10.
