I ordered some gold tone hoop earrings. I am unable to even undo the clasp. The stem looks too large to go thru my pierced ears. I need to return them. Please advise me on how to do this. The information with the product was very limited. I was unable to reach anyone with the phone number given which is 404-928-7822. When I called there was 3 options to select. TumbleDeals's was one of them.
