I attempted to book a hotel in Ottawa Ontario Canada at the price Trivago gave me, but couldn't get the price for the time we wanted. So I then tried different dates through the year (at the same hotel) and could never get the price quoted by Trivago. Is this typical? This was the first time I used your service and was very disappointed.
