Firstly special thanks to KAJAL JAIN from Chandigarh who had done all the arrangements for me for this trip.It was my solo trip so initially I was little worried but trip factory did a wonderful job.It was nicely planned by them for 8 nights( 3 nights phuket,2 Krabi and 3 Bangkok)right from my flight tickets,hotel bookings, sight seeing, pick up n drop facilities everything was taken care by them in a very smooth manner.They made my booking in all the good hotels from where everything was accessible, specially in Phuket ( best western patong beach).The markets in all these 3 places were nearby only. They made me join their telegram group where I used to get all the information for next day's schedule which was really helpful.Only in bangkok the hotel was not that great as compared to my other hotels but that's OK, as party places were nearby only so it was a relief.Wherever I wanted to visit they had planned in my tour so I have no regrets that I missed out something in this trip.Overall a good experience with Trip Factory.Thanks to the entire team of Trip Factory to make my trip smooth, memorable and funfilled. I'll give you.

Worst experience. Pls don't book your trips with this company. Totally in organised and they don't have proper communication among themselves... bunch of stupid and unprofessional ppl running this flop company. Pls shut it down and sit at home

Book your own trip don't believe them, they spoiled my family trip. They gave us resort in the middle of nowhere they are not trustworthy and do not provide any kind of support, they will not give any contact other than telegram so you are just stuck messaging them

Well organised & managed trip. No glitches at all. Always connected and informative with us. Few hidden aspects could have been made aware to us.(Big Boat - Phi Phi Island). You should also have some authority on hotels to put across requests made by guest, as a tour operator. Otherwise on overall TripFactory is good to deal with, will surely look forward and involve them for my next trip.

I am amazed with TripFactory behavior. You do not know your trip Itinerary of an International trip even before 3 days of trip. You cannot plan your leisure days at all. They keep it so confidential and god knows for what reason. Team is highly disoriented and confused within. Mail responses are not at all in line with what the planner from this company commit. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Overall experience is good. All transports and sightseeing were well arranged. Disappointed with hotel as room size was too small and I was not informed about it earlier.

TripFactory made my holiday "A Memorable and Lovely Holiday". It was hassle free experience with TripFactory. I gave them only one day time but they did so well. In a very a short span of time, they organized and managed all the things in very well mannered. Whenever help required, their 24*7 support was there to help me out. Their choice of hotels were outstanding. My tour expert Mr. Vysakh explained everything about itinerary in detail, he was very helpful and soft spoken person. In future also I will choose TripFactory. Highly Appreciated...

Review: It is really a great pleasure to share my experience with Trip Factory for Munnar Visit from 12 th Aug to 15 th Aug, 22. I have been picked up from my residence very early in the morning and dropped back at my residence in the mid night. The entire Trip is so carefully handled as if my I am travelling with my nearest one. The driver Basil who has picked me from Kochi Airport from 12 th Aug to again drop in Kochi airport on 15 th August is appeared to be my younger brother. He is very much caring, decent and obedient. Even after dropping me at Kochi Airport, he has enquired during my boarding time whether I have been boarded or not. The hotel Fort Munnar is beautifully managed Home Stay. The entire employee of Fort Munnar is very very decent, cordial and respectful. Whatever I'll say it is less about this Trip. Definitely it is an wonderful experience which will be always a very sweet memory for me.

I want say hotel is not good
Hotel address is very confused in city
Room have not balconies
Room is very saffocated and have smell
When you get in the hotel they do not give welcome drink and do not welcome like such outher holet.
Hotel have not proper facilities for indain food.

It was awesome trip... iteanery was good as per expectation. I suggest city tour if it 3 hours it should be at before departure day. Paris city tour was worst. It wasn't hop on hop off. N just 1 hour they finish everything saying Eiffel Tower queue is quite long as it wasn't the case. Also in Amsterdam de Haque n delft is not worth trip only madhurodam is excellent. Apart from these if possible to add transport from hotel to common point it will be great... but overall trip was good. Thanks team.

We took package for 5N6D to Dubai with Trip factory in the month Jan, 2020 & we were happy with there plan & support. Everything was going good as per schedule plan, the twist came in the last moment when we are checking out from Dubai airport & that was flight cancellation news & we didn't get any prior notice from trip factory in advance. We have cross checked with indigo airlines for reason of cancellation & it was due to bad weather at Dubai flying zone & also they said that we have communicated to all the passengers of boarding from Dubai fight to Hyderabad on day prior to our departure. Since our booking was done by trip factory & for the same they got e-mail from indigao airlines. In-spite of knowing about the information or message they didn't even bother to message or notified us. When we asked to trip factory about this & response was completely disaster. No support & arrangements were done for that day 13th Jan. We took a separate flight on the night with additional cost of 80K & for the same we asked compensation for our journey & they turned up with Rs 2000 voucher which made us completely unpredictable & irresponsible travel firm. I request to you all make sure & check before you do any kind of booking or selecting any package from trip factory. It was really pathetic experience on their support & commitment.

Trip Factory has pathetic service. Please don't trust this site. We had booked a trip to ooty and I got diagnosed with jaundice. I had to cancel the plan and informed trip Factory 5 days in advance. We were assured of refund by them. Now it has been 2 months we did not get any refund. We have given them all the proofs/reports to validate the genuineness of the disease. Please don't fall in their trap.

We recently went on a family holiday to Singapore and Malaysia, organized thro Trip Factory. This was my 5th year of association with them. As usual Trip Factory team did a fantastic job of planning, coordinating the entire trip more joyous and pleasant experience to me and my family at competitive price. Last minute changes were accommodated. Telegram communication was very useful. Prior update on entire trip plan and daily update on pickup and cab details were awesome. The local tour operators also did a great job in providing great hospitality to all of us, which made us feel at home, even when we are away from home. Thanks to entire team for the great support and cooperation. I would certainly recommend Trip Factory to my friends and family, and I will also continue our journey with them for all future tours. Few points:
1. Travel agent was rude and not Professional
2. Gave false promises before the trip
3. Once the initial payment is made, they will not follow up for further details.
4. They will not give you proper details for claiming your LTA.
5. They don't honor their words.
6. They are not worth of running a Travel agency with the current trip advisors

Tip for consumers:
Instead of travelling through Tripfactory, Can negotiate with other Travel agents and have a safe and happy trip. Since the trip is to enjoy our holidays and not to hear rough/unprofessional words from them

With regards to the points mentioned by you, please note that we shall be able to arrive at a resolution only after we have received and verified your TFN and can investigate the details.

1. Once we have your trip reference number, we will know the name of your assigned travel expert. We follow a strict code in all our communications with clients. Since we also record all calls and messages for quality purposes, we can quickly verify whether your expert was rude and not professional. In case this has happened, we will certainly take necessary action and preventative measures.

2. As I have mentioned before, we maintain records of all communications made by our travel agents. If any promises have been made in writing that have not been fulfilled, please communicate the same to us.

3. After the initial payment of 25 percent of your trip fare and flight charges up front, you are required to complete the rest of your payment up to 21 days (or 3 weeks) before day of travel. Our team must follow up after the initial stage of payment to ensure a seamless, hassle-free experience – as there are impending payments to be made for services provided. And in the case of international travel, we are also required to regularly follow up for various documentations, visa details, flight tickets etc. If you have experienced differently, please let us know.

4. We would like to firmly contest this point. If you submit your correct documents, we make sure to provide you your LTA – we do that for 5 percent of our customers on a weekly basis. Once you have shared your travel details and the requisite documentation is complete, we will share with you your documents for LTA.

5. We pride ourselves on being a passionately customer-centric company, and if you have had an experience where you feel that we have not honoured our word, do let me know and we shall resolve this straight away.

Guys dont trust TripFactory. Before booking take the confirmation from agent for each and everything. Other wise agent(company also may be) demand for the more money at the last moment if you are not ready to pay demanded money they will cancel the travel and for getting money back will take at least 14 days till our entire plan will be vanished.

Even they wont give you any compensation also.the reason behind writing this comment is that I wish others dont get this situation.

I have all the proofs even whats app chat also

Lets suppose they cancel the trip by saying some false reason, if you ask proof for that they denied to give or tetll some other reason.
My entire plan got vanished because of dash trip factory :(

One of our worst international trip we have ever had. Invested huge money for Hongkong and promised attractions were not shown.
In the end we ourselves, had to spend money for sightseeing.
Not recommended for visiting Costly countries.

We do accept and apologize that we were not able to inform you in time that the Madame Tussauds is no longer covered as part of the Hong Kong night tour. Instead of Madame Tussauds, we provide Sky 100 as part of the tour. Since you purchased the tickets of Madame Tussauds directly and shared us the cost, we had processed the refund for the same inspite that you also utilized the tickets for Sky 100 which was not part of the package.

Secondly, there was a human error, though quite unfortunate in updating PAR for the second passenger due to which you have lost your valuable time which we definitely cannot return and we are apologetic about this. As a compensation for the time lost, we are ready to offer you a voucher for a fixed amount that you can redeem for your next holiday.

Third, you claim that you were not taken to symphony of lights as part of night tour, but as discussed over conference call with the tour operator in Hong Kong, you were not able to join the shared tour to continue towards symphony of lights as you had exceeded your timings on Victoria peak and thus missed the lights show. As it was a shared tour with all other guests reporting on time, the tour and other guests cannot be kept waiting and thus have to move on. We are sorry to say that we cannot give any compensation for this.

We have given you all the possible support and assistance we could do and refunded the extra service used by you on a special case. You can reach back to us to get the voucher that you can utilize in your next holiday. We would love to serve you again and make sure that you have good time.

Trip factory charges higher and no additional service. Upon asking for refund for extra hotel charge, they bluntly said can offer voucher which can be used for your next purchase.

Never ever go with tripfactory.we travelled on a group of 10 ppl to Singapore. Here are cons of travelling with tripfactory.
1. There was no proper checklist that was given to us for Visa. In installments they were asking we want this document and so on. They applied for the Visa too late becoz of which it came 1 week before travelling.
2 Tripfactory will purposefully send u itinerary 1 day before of travelling so that consumers cannot make changes to it.
3 As promised by Tripfactory they will provide us with at least 2 room before 12 as it was early check in after reaching there u get to know u just have 1 room and rest of the 4 room will be given post 06:00 pm. After whole day of travelling u get to know this.
3. On 2 nd day of our trip driver waits for 2 min if we are not there he leaves the hotel and get vanished on calling and requesting him to come he says "I will come in next 1 hour" Great
4. He just comes to drop and pick u up if u say him to stop in near by to have dinner he will drop u there and he will proceed after that it's your headache how to travel to your hotel.
5 The driver gives you order "come by 3pm from Singapore cruise or else I will go. How pathetic.
My only advise to u guys is never ever go on private basis taxi go on a group. THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING WITH TRIPFACTORY.

I would rate this Tripfactory below 1. They charge a bomb and give worthless tour. I was given one way from emirates to dubai and flying back from air Arabia low cost airline from Sharjah. 5 star hotel promised delivered 3 star. Tour operated during Ramadan holiday when most of it was closed. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO USE THIS OPERATOR misguiders, choose to put you to very inconvenient time slots. Shared transport is cramped and worst food.
No way they are not organised. Hotel check in was hopelessly bad with hotel reception making us wait due to confusion over my booking dates and payment.

On 28th Dec, when I gave approval of my trip to tripfactory for my travel to Coorg, I was promised a hotel "hotel Coorg international" for which I made the payment after looking at the hotel and its location. At that time, I mentioned to Vijay( trip expert) the high rates, and he asked me to check the rates of the hotel. And I saw that it was around Rs 8000/-. I accepted and made the payment.

On 30th Dec, my trip started at 8AM. In the car, I got a call at 12:10 pm that the hotel is not available and there are no other options available. I asked him to give me some time to check the hotel details but he told me that time is running out and there are no other options. So I had to go ahead with the changed options. I agreed as I had my family with me and we were in the middle of travelling. Also I assumed that difference in prices will be taken care of.

When I found the coverage to check online after some time, I saw the changed hotel was displaying rates for Rs 3600. So there a difference of Rs 4400 per day between the rates of the two hotels. This was observed on the first day of the trip itself(30th Dec) after I received a call from trip factory after my trip started. I lodged a complaint and tried to get a response from you multiple times.

Their support team would go on saying that we will sort this out. Nothing was done till today and when we messaged them again today, they responded that nothing can be done about this.

So the rates difference are of Rs 4400/day, that amount should be refunded to me by tripfactory, if it had any ethics and has any trustworthiness, which the company certainly do not have.

First of all, you should not confirm a trip for which you have not done the booking. You cannot change a hotel after the trip has started. You cannot tell the customer in the middle of a trip, that he has no option and he has to go for another hotel. And if you change the hotel to a cheaper hotel, you cannot charge him the same as his earlier expensive hotel. If I had known that they would give me this hotel so far away from city, I would never had gone ahead with the trip.

They doing so, just confirms what a bunch of cheats they are. After my complaint, my travel expert(Vijay) refused to pick up the call and talk to me. These are just signs of cheats who use these cheap tricks to take out money from customers. Avoid this company at every cost.
