Why do you not award your gaming currency when a person completes a partners offer? You paid me short and even though I complained and sent a screen shot to prove my eligibility customer services does not want to rectify this for me!

I have completed offers on trial pay and never get the credit on my facebook account. It says that the offer is completed and rewarded but nothing shows up in my coin allowance for the game.
Has anyone ever been blocked from the tap research offers on Trial pay? Apparently they took them from me and I have no idea why. They half way payed me for them anyway..
