want refund no place to enter promocode for reduced prices and reduced shipping so they charged my credit card in full without the discount!

Thank you for contacting Trendsgal.

Make sure that the coupon has not expired (most will show the expiry date). During the checkout process, go to your shopping bag and find the Promotion Code box. Enter the full promotion code and click "Apply".
You can only use one coupon code per order. A coupon can only be used to cover the value of goods, they cannot be used for discounted items, shipping fees or insurance.
