Total Fraud/Scam
Hazel at the customer service department does NOT exist.
The bot has been sending the same bogus message about their logistics team contacting me for an update to my order. I've inquired 11 times within the past 2.5 months.

Fake company , they never really respond. Also they say their a US co. & their not , their from China! They just take your money without sending the product!

Scam without a doubt avoid.................take money then just automated replies blaming carrier co.
