Thank you for your inquiry. Here at Travelzoo, we have a 7 day refund policy. If you purchase your voucher, contact the hotel to make your reservations and find out they do not have availability for your dates; you can contact us for a refund or self request your refund online.

I've never had a problem getting a refund from them, but I only buy vouchers that say they are refundable
I had a bad experience with them and will not buy from them again
Book directly with the hotel. Don't book with travelzoo.
Have you thought about contacting Travelzoo directly or is that beyond you mental capacity to do so?
