This is my go to booking site. They usually have such amazing deals and I've stayed in some really amazing places because of it. I have a family of 4 so finding these very unique hotels that accommodate to families is a big win for me. I am very satisfied with this site and will keep using them in the future.

Not worth my time explaining how they rip off people. Anywhere but here! Why pay these con artists to find a car rental that anyone can do, cancel and get your money back if required. Oh except for Travelocity, they will keep your money!

Booked our anniversary through them. They booked us with Spirit airlines. Spirit stopped flying into Denver on Jan. 9,2024. Our trip was booked to leave on Feb. 23,2024. Travelocity failed to notify us this in the month they had to do so. The way we found out is when we went in to book our seats. Even though the flight booking was done through Travelocity, they tried to say it was Spirits responsibility - IE passed the buck. Long story short we are stuck with over $400 in cancellation fees with the hotel due to no fault of our own and Travelocity was more worried about cya than helping us. Book through them at your own risk!

Tip for consumers:
I will never use them again.

None as our trip was ruined without the flight.

Booked flight with paid assigned seats. Airline charged 161 for seats. Someone from Travelocitty canceled our seats NOT MYSELF. Since it non refundable tickets airline charged for canceled seats. After hours on phone with customer service nothing was resolved. Numerous different answers of how this happened. Had to go to airline web sight and reorder our seats at cost again. Airline says not their problem 3rd party vendor and travelocity seems they won't do anything to fix. Have a dispute claim with credit card company for seat charge. So I now get to spend more hours trying to get their mistake fixed. Like dealing with 3rd graders at best.

I needed a flight and car rental. I went through Travelocity. When I got to car rental I discovered my license was either lost or stolen. Luckily had had a photo of it on my phone. However, the rental company Mexc would not accept it. They had no solution. I was stuck about 100 miles from my destination. Could not get my rental car. Needed to take shuttle bus, train, uber, and call a friend to finally get to destination. Refused refund from Travelocity. They blamed it on rental car policy. I made reservations with Travelocity. Thinking they would not use or recommend a company they did not support. 1 weeks car rental charged for car I was unable to pick up!

I rent a car with them from MEC a poor rental rippoff companie at Miami. It's says Unlimited mileage. When i arrived there to pick the car, the rude clerk says its is 50 miles free per day and after $1. Per miles! Also he didnt want to take my own car insurance, State Farm, they want me to pay an extra of $32/day. Travelocity didnt want to refund me, i did book the car for 28 days, didnt even use 1! MEC are thief and Travelocity are wrong to not protect consumer agains those rippoff.

I recently visited Hotel Hugo/Azul Rooftop Bar located in New York City. I was greeted by a very friendly, courteous and informative security guard name Derrick. As he directed me and my friends to the rooftop - I was so amazed by the rooftop view or Hudson River. The bartenders were spectacular and the waitresses were all pleasant and most attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this trendy hotel/bar to all my friends. It was an awesome experience. Thanks again Derrick.

Travelocity is not your advocate when a booking matter becomes complicated and unfulfilling. Beware of using a less -rated automobile rental agency such as Autovia (located off site at the Milan Linate Airport). This auto agency cancelled my pre-paid reservation of $126. On their site because I did not have an International Driving Permit ( one can be issued online in 3 minutes by AAA@ $45.00). Autovia would not let me purchase it online while standing at their site. Autovia told me to get my refund through Travelocity...who later advised me Autovia would not authorize the refund. Five times I submitted for a refund and nether company would refund the pre-paid amount. Autovia is evidently running a scam. Travelocity tried to placate me while asking for my contact telephone number — but they would not call me. Travelocity does not specify by the confirmation that Autovia requires an IDP along with a valid USA drivers license. I went back to Linate Airport and rented an auto for 8 days (@ $1,000.) from Avis without having an IDP needed — no problem. Boycott Travelocity and Autovia. Caveat Emptor.

I booked a hotel reservation with Travelocity on 9th July 2023 for Riu Palace, Punta Cana for a stay from 20th to 25th Feb 2024 and I was promised a full refund if I cancelled before 17th Feb 2024. I cancelled on 7th January 2024 and received an email promising me. Full refund. As I did not receive my refund by 11th January I called the company (Travelocity) on 11th January and was advised I will have to pay $410.00 before I can receive my refund as cancellation fee! I was not advised about this when I made the booking and the email confirmation of my cancellation did not state this either. I feel I nave been ripped off by this company and I will never be using this company ever again Will also be deleting their APP from my phone and tablet immediately. I have paid the $410.00 but still have not received my refund. And I am now hoping I have not lost another $410.00 apart from my initial $2303.00 paid when I made the booking!

In April 2023, I made a reservation through Travelocity, which entitled me to have a cancellation till the day of pick up, well due to the insurance I was forced to cancel my rental so they issued me a cancellation number, yet they don't return my money. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Travelocity. These people are not trustworthy.
I will never in my life, recommend or trust these people, or use them in the future.

Policy allows me to have a cancellation up until the day of pick up !
Despite the fact they issued me a Cancellation number they are not returning my money !!!

I am a visitor from Chicago, brought guest here - party of four. Service was horrendous. We waited 3 hrs.' before receiving our meal. So we took it to go. Supposedly manager/owner apologized/ he showed no remorse and walked away. I will never visit this place again. Our bill was 185.00. The waiter was unapologetically remorseful concerning our situation. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Because we were short one chair. I don't understand how any one can treat tourist so horrible. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. The one star is for the drinks and appetizers. La Hacienda you suck.

They give you a price for a daily rent. Then when you get to the pick up then the price get inflated by way more than Travelocity told you. They clean their hands saying that those are extra fees by the rental company that they don't control. Dirty business. Also the rental didn't accept the insurance Travelocity sold me so I'm fighting a refund while in my vacations. So why even Travelocity is in the middle if everything they sold you is not what you really have to pay to the rental company? See my receipt, $221.59 in extra charges. Travelocity sold me a rental for $13.70 weekly

I've been using Travelocity for perhaps 20 years or more with no problem. I just booked some nearly last-minute flights for an out-of-town funeral via Travelocity. It seems my old account had been lost so I created a new one and input my email and a password. But then I received no communications from Travelocity even though the airlines and Travelocity billed my credit card.
A chat cust. Service rep couldn't find any record of any flights for me even though I provided them the full credit card transactions. I then thought I'd try to check into one of the airlines using my credit card and lo and behold, there was the reservation that Travelocity had no record of. I was able to check-in this way.

I didn't even receive a receipt from Travelocity.

I simply can't use Travelocity again, the risk is too high that they will lose my records and could leave me high and dry when I most need it. I'll be using other service providers in the future.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid Travelocity, not what it used to be.

I had to make duplicate flights as mainland flight changed and connection wouldnt work. Duplicate flights on the same day are required by law and policy to allow for a refund. Agent at travelocity told me that I could only get a credit. He Forced the credit! Thats it! No option!. Then after i found out about the duplicate flight law, they refused to refund me because they had already cancelled the flight, and they told me no option but to do that! Rip off! Fraud! You will never get your money back! Buyer BEWARE!

Duplicate flights on same day are required by law for full refund.

I am planning a trip through Travelocity. It is a nightmare! I had to change my flight due to a family illness. I am traveling with my mom with a disability. Today when we looked at our bank statement and were shocked with the charges from them. I was online and on the phone for almost two hours with them and didn't get anywhere. Unfortunately, it has been an expensive and frustrating learning experience, but we will not make the same mistake again.

I flew from philadelphia to vegas, booked on travelocity which was great, but to all the people who book dont take bell or any transport to hotel. I Got off plane got my luggage, headed to bell transport,. When i got there they told me to get in line to get ticket. I told them i already paid, doesnt matter you have to get in line, cost me 27 dollars, the line was a block long. One cashier. Handling all the bus service and limos to hotels. I said i aint waiting in line when i paid. And then you will be taking people to all the hotels it might be hours or more before i get to my hotel. So i said keep the money and took a cab. The cab was ten minutes and cost me 28,00 dollars one dollar more and i didnt have to wait in line and then drop off people at other hotels, dont use transport use cab faster and betterl i told travelocity and they gave me back my money and a fifty dollar credit. So beware of the hotel transfer services

Unbelievably bad experience with Travelocity. DO NOT USE their site, you will regret it! Customer Service is terrible and they do not care about loyalty! I needed to change my flights due to circumstances outside of my control and they would not refund my flights, or change/reschedule my flights, or give me a credit for the future... Robbery! They gave my zero options. Don't lose your money to Travelocity. Book flights directly on the airline websites.

Bottom feeder company that is a scam with zero customer support my ticket $913 I get back $670 in 12 weeks maybe because their website does not work absolutely no customer support not possible to correct my first name they are so inconfidant useless service for nothing. Straight up loser company that steals.

We always had used Travelocity, for our trips. Have an acct with them. But this last time, when my husband, had to reschedule a flight, they charged us a astronimical fee, and pricing, it was horrible. He had also purchased insurance like always, but they wouldn't work with him at all. No more.

Not worth using Travelocity. Once I finalized my trip and hit the Submit button, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a green pop-up message informing me "Good news the price of your trip has decreased from $ to lower $. Book now to secure this price". I immediately took a picture of the pop-up message to show my friends and hit the Submit button again to secure the lower price.

Travelocity did not stand behind their statement. Even when I emailed the manager the picture with the green pop-up message, he stated because I didn't have the entire picture, there is nothing that can be done. I wouldn't think I would have to take a picture of the entire screen to prove their pop-up message? It is obvious that by looking at the URL, I am in the Checkout step. I thought they were a reputable company ~ Never using them again!

Tip for consumers:
Speaking with both the Rep and Manager, it was obvious they were not going to honor the decrease that they were promoting.

I stayed at the Super 8 in Fremont, Ne first time traveling using Travelocity everything worked without a hitch, walked in to check in staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcome, it's nice that see people enjoy there job like that. They had my room ready to go showed me where the continental breakfast would be in the morning and they had my favorite biscuits and gravy. Room was right temperature setting very clean it didn't look so much like place to sleep it felt more like a home away from home all definitely be using them in future.

Travelocity is the worst service I have ever used. They misprinted my name on a international flight and refused to correct it. After weeks of emails and 3 hour phone calls with them and both airlines, they were still unable to correct the issue. Then they refused to refund over $2000 in costs. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
