on 5/12/15 Bridgett, It is simply because this company has terrible, and I mean TERRIBLE customer service! It seems like the people who gave positive reviews have not had to make any changes in their arrangements--if they needed to change something, I believe their experience would have been negative. Who wants to do business with a company that is only a fair weather friend? Not me! This was by far the WORST experience I have had in dealing with a company. I will never use them again and I tell everyone I can to avoid them.

Hello Bridgett. If you book with these people you are taking a huge risk IMO. Especially if your trip is emtionally meaningful, e.g xmas, bereavement etc. This company gave me the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service experience I've ever had. I'll never forget it and I'll continue to warn everyone I can, almost two years later. I hope you have a good trip and didn't have the experience that I and so many others did.

These bargains are not a bargain if the company Travelocity takes your money and the person misses the first outgoing flight by five minutes , then Travelocity tells me, them and the Delta airlines agent No the Traveler can't go on the plane her ticket to the destination is now voided as far as we are concerned and then i was told but her return trip ticket that was booked for this September 19th 2016 on a whole different airlines is still good and is non refundable tell me if the traveler can not get to the end destination because the airlines canceled the traveler start ticket And keeps all the money for the start ticket what does she need with a going home ticket? This company Absolutely gave me No Airline Services non at all and then on face book the blamed Delta Airlines for this No money return policy. .. ugh and note the Travel protection insurance is absolutely no good for a missed start destination flight Travelocity told me this information directly as the travelocity rep yelled and screamed at me then my husband and finally when we asked to speak to a supervisor we got put on forever hold.. ugh

Why is it when a manger from Travelocity tell u something is a lie I have been on hold 2 HR rite now waiting on manger why Why does Travelocity list Tamarack Lodge at Bear Valley as having no rooms available when ii know I can go directly to the Lodge website fo a room? I am trying to use my tmobile coupon for an activity, but I have been on hold for an hour. Not sure what to do the travel insurance is useless, andthe company will make you call local properties to cancel reservations. my itinerary included an easy jet leg whivh was non refundable and i was asked to make an international call twice, once to cancel and another time to get them to fax the cancellation to "senior advisory group" at travelocity so they could continue to process the claim. why do you have such terrible customer service? i paid 182216 for a cruise. I can get the same cruise for 170215 from cruise.com I called and spoke to someone at travelocity she got the same price 120 cheaper, I needed a supervisor to get the credit. the supervisor claims she cant get the same price. now what? How can they possibly stay in business? Worst practices ever! Is there a charge/penalty for cancellation of a trip? how do I get corporate an email IM tired of dealing with customer service? Sorry.... but I disagree with @millerm... I could barely understand any of the 3 or 4 reps I dealt with when I had to call! Instead of answering any questions, they just repeated what seemed like a canned script. Absolutely the WORST customer service staff with almost ZERO communication skill, in my opinion.
