In short no, there is no avenue in which to get your money back if you are delivered a lemon, Tradecarview accept no responsibility once the car is shipped for anything. They don't even pretend to care, if all was above board they would take responsibility for vehicles offered on their website, they do not and that speaks volumes, the risk is not worth it, pay a bit more and shop at home at least you have consumer protection that way. I did eventually get a refund of the money I paid, but it took a helluva long time, and was a very bad experience overall.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend TradeCarView.
