I've requested and received the promise of a refund, after being asked several times if I wanted a new writer. I told them absolutely not, that the first rewrite was so bad, I don't trust the company to do another.

I wish I had an answer. I emailed them demanding a refund 17 days after placing my order. Didn't receive a response however my first draft arrived on Easter Sunday.
