Item descriptions can be viewed by tapping on the item image. In this way, you can see the item details and the seller information. On the other hand, if you want to Buy Now instead of bidding, you can narrow down your search by typing USA or US in the search bar. Then check the left hand panel where you can see a category that says, "SHIPPING FROM". I hope this helps!
