Vendors from China are notorious for lying about their products. The pictures are stollen from other sites and passed off as their merchandise. I have received "sterling silver", according to them, that was cheap plating and wore off within weeks. I can only assume the stones are also fakes. I don't think you should ever buy anything from that site that is plated, even if the seller is honest about it being plated, your pretty piece will loose it's plating like you loose your summer tan. Why these people are allowed to continue selling this crap (those that lie about the product), is reprehensible. One last shady fact, if you look at reviews on Tophatter, I challenge you to find 1 negative comment I couldn't, and I've written some. If you've nothing to hide you post both good and bad reviews, let the customer decide. That's what honest websites do. No website has 100% positive reviews if their honest.
