Chances are no, unless they are those that Tophatter deem worthy. You know, those that make them money and people that don't question anything! Sellers and customers alike are better off going elsewhere.

There are many great reviews, people who are happy usually don't post on the web boards, but most happy folks leave excellent Feedback for their transactions. I have been there since 2013, both as a buyer & a seller. It is much like any other auction site, you HAVE to take time to read the descriptions and be a responsible bidder :)

I wish I had reviewed the reviews on top Hatter however I did not and I ordered several items from them. I will keep you updated then let you know if I get them or not.
