I thought I was supposed to get 9000 points for signing my device up on Toluna and 9000 points more for each additional device? Where's my 9000 point

Can you help me to redeem my points on Toluna. My account has been suspended.
Please help,unable to login - authorization failed and automated reply for resetting password is not helping.
Each time I am continuing through the survey it loses it's connection. I check my end and everything is connected and Ok? Why does this happen?
