In case if your item lost somewhere you will never get your money back in full. you may get 30%, 50% in points to buy from them again, but it is almost impossible to get 100% cash back.

Hi, I oredered a mobile last Friday 24th Nov. with the express shipping. Is it supposed to arrive by this Friday? Order Number: 8590076658290003108642 hi, why is it that your blackview bv7000 costs almost 80 euros less than the next lowest priced online retailer? why can I not contact them they sent me a email saying they needed correct delivery address but have not answered after 3 days i had order earphone afetr making apyemnt in spet 2016 .site shows material shipped on 8th october 2016. but nothing received when comaplined to tinydeal tehy repleid we are investing wiat for 25days? i wanna ask how i can enroll with Tinydeal,and recive phones and whatches from it.i'm from Morocco I need the returns address I purchase1 cell phone from TinyDeal. The whole deal was about $219. I waited more than 45 days and did not receive the package. The package was damage and return back to sender. After some correspondence TinyDeal told me that the package is not recived yet. After about 2 more weeks they said it's not recived. They do not answer a Q. you ask. No additional explanations; no direct answers to my direct questions. It seems like they do not really read my letters. They answer just what is convenient for them. At last I asked to get my money back. TinyDeal has a very bad customer service It's most obvious that it's their fault, and I don't really understand how they dare, after 45 days that I did not get the package, to deduct any money, instead actually compensate me. Needless to say that all my e-mails in this regard were answered as always: No matter what I write, they answer whatever is on their mind, i.e. without reference to what I wrote. To summarize: I suggest to avoid buying from this store at all. If you do buy there - at least use PayPal to try and protect your purchase and money (though you know that PayPal is not 100% protecting.) I need a telephone to have a contact them...
