I have bought 2 watches from timeshops. The first was great, excellent quality and has been running for 2.5 years. The second is definatley cheaper in quality, but for $100 it was just fine.

Yes, from one replica place (I think it is this site: www.watch-replica.net, but at the time it had a different name - which is, as I learned, something that they tend to do once in a while), but that was three years ago.
I was really lucky, like stupid-lucky! At the time I didn't know anything about types of movements, what questions to ask, basically I didn't know anything. One thing I did know was how should a Breitling look like (although at the time I did not think about the possibility that the photos are not theirs...) since my father owns an original.
What eventually happened was that one watch was and still is great (a quartz), and the other one is pure garbage (an automatic, probably a J21 but I'm not sure). The automatic one showed to be even worse than the one that I bought in the streets of New York.
Now that I am doing my research before buying, I can see that 90% of the replica places on the Internet are scams in one way or another (either they are total scams meaning that they do not deliver the watch, or they do not deliver what they promise).
That is why I would like to collect experiences from other people, because those 90% seem a bit to negative, like the glass is almost totally empty!
So now I'm on a mission to find a reliable site. Please do help! :)

The problem with all of these replica watch places is the quality varies from watch to watch. I have seen some places where the rolex replicas are good but the movado ones suck. Have you bought from other replica places before?
