How good are this company's delivery and helpline services?

I find it easier to buy stuff off Amazon as I'm comfortable with that. But I hear that in some cases there is no reply if the product is oxidised or there's some issue. Timeless on the other hand has an excellent online store, with a very reachable helpline.

They are based in California and have good customer service, they are very contactable and process the orders within a couple of days. Packaging is in boxes or bubble wrapped so stuff gets to you in good condition. They sell on Amazon as well.
