Good Day,
I order an item from you and apparently it was suppose to arrive between 10 and 28 days... its been 34 days and its still stuck in Guangzhou. This is a gift for my fiance and its already past his birthday I am so embarrassed that It still has not arrived. Its my first time ordering online. I am afraid I'll never receive it. What should I do??

I waited over 3 months lol!!!
I then gave up tracking the parcels and it eventually arrived in drips and drabs.

The positive side - it eventually did come :)
however, I'll never order from this site again as delivery is unreliable and expensive for customs fees!

file a claim with Paypal immediately. Once Paypal responds and Tidestore does their "we are so sorry" routine and you have still not received the goods, bump up the complaint with Paypal. The sooner you do this the more likely Paypal will refund this money to you. Good luck getting anything back from these unethical people.

I ordered a sweater from them 1 year ago. I've never received it, and they have not refunded my money. They sent me tracking information written in Chinese to take to my Texas Post Office, claiming it would prove that I did receive it, or they delivered it to the wrong address. My Post Office laughed - they could not read it, obviously. This company stopped responding to my complaints and Paypal was no help. NEVER purchase from these scammers.
