I originally ordered 5 tickets, then my daughter wanted 2 more. Then a friend heard we were going, wanted to join us . . and get 2 MORE tickets. Even though there were tickets available in the same section, same row, I couldn't find out where they were or get these new tickets next to my others. Nor could I get a refund, so that I could repurchase all the tickets I wanted together. So I will probably not use this site again.

remember that not everyone is savvy with electronics you need to keep it very simple. I had to get help for loading the tickets on phone. I felt sorry for the girl that was helping I was so frustrated.
Horrible company. Miserable customer service, you will never get a person live. Can only do SMS link to chat and they hang up on you if you ask for a refund, no matter the circumstances. Refuse cash refunds. Live Nation steered by Black Keys ticket request to them and concert was cancelled due to COVID. Their response was basically so sad, too bad, no refund but a credit which you have a limited time to use. BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
I'm a bit "old school" and would prefer to print out my tickets and have them in my hand rather than only my smart phone.
The site said only "electronic tickets" would be accepted.
That policy should be amended for those of us who like to have hard copy.
These tickets are a Christmas gift but it didn't allow for me to put them in her name. And if the show cancels or she can't make it, the refund will come back to me...not much of a gift when I still have control of her gift.
Problem with entering my discover card, used another card to purchase. There was nothing wrong with the discover card.
Seriously with your service charges? I know the original price of that ticket. That's the reason I go to such few shows.
it was far better than the smith's site, didn't realize the service fee and extra charges were so astronomical for ordering tickets online. Just ridiculous!
Bought Billy Joel MSG tickets right before the pandemic. Then a reschedule happened. Then TicketOffices sent me new tickets. They didn't see right, so I asked them to validate them. They just kept shuffling me around to agents. Got to the venue and they were in fact, fake tickets. I've opened a case with TicketOffices, but they will not get back to me. Avoid these scammers!

That's why I would not recommend this site.
the prices advertised were not in USD on the ticket site. Only when we were into pay pal did this become apparent. Also service charge and electronic transfer fees were not advertised anywhere
The $45 service charge seems a bit ridiculous, especially since it appears that getting them electronically is the only option.
Have never used electronic ticket before but didn't have the option of printing a ticket so I hope it works.
They advertise on search engines in a way that makes you think you're on the site of the box office you're looking for. Then they charge you double + fees. Yes, their site does state that they're resellers, but it's not made obvious and by the team you're made aware of that, it's too late. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR

ABSOLUTE CROOKS! I would give negative stars if possible. I am 48 and this is the first bad review I have ever written. After the event we had tickets to was rescheduled a couple of times over the last two years, the event was cancelled. I was NOT notified of the cancellation and they will not give me my money back... only a credit. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Was charged double the face value of the tickets, when I inquired about when they would be shipped I was given a seven month window with the last date being 5 days before the event. Shady and unprofessional
