Hello Emon! Thanks for your question! We have been around since 2002 and we are one of the largest secondary ticket market websites in the United States. We back all orders with a 125% guarantee, which we enforce with sellers. You are free to call us at 1-888-456-8499 and we would be happy to assist. Our representative could answer any questions you have and explain the secondary ticket market to you. The tickets on the secondary ticket market are all priced independent of face value.

There are a lot of ticket sites other than Ticket Master to look into. I would not use TicketNetwork in any case.

My two tickets for the Harlem Globe Trotters in Fresno, CA were AOK.

You WILL get ripped off. When you do, you will wait on hold for an hour at a time only to get hung up on. Don't do it!

Don't buy from this site. I did when we were in NYC and was ripped off. Ordered and paid for balcony seat for $100 per seat (approx) got $39 seats with partial view! After protracted complaints and finally reaching HO in another state, got a semi refund. They are untrustworthy & fraudulent. Stay well, away if you value your money!

I bought tickets from them for a surprise Red Sox game in Boston for my boyfriend (we flew from florida) I never got the tickets, and I haven't received the "125% refund either". I never had been so disappointed. The customer service is terrible. I wouldn't buy anything from ticketnetwork again.

There is a very good chance you will get ripped off. It's not worth the hassle. Try stubhub or the site of the band/show you want to see or call the venue and buy from there. Spending more money is better than buying fake tickets and losing your money and having your day get ruined. Good luck!

Pay at your own risk. I got the bait and switch plus I paid like a 500% markup from the face value. But, I did get tickets to the show I wanted to see... even if the seat wasn't in the section I ordered.
