I ordered a camcorder for a 3 day delivery. I checked my account and there was no tracking number. I called and spoke to Josh who is: a sales person, supervisor and manager. He said he would recall the package, when I asked for the tracking number he said there wasn't one. He said I would receive my refuned in 21 days. I called back a few times and spoke to a Josh, Jason, and Louis, all very rude.

I just had the experience where they were two different sites and treated me like I was insame because I caught them in their scam.
