Hi Catherine.We currently have an overabundance of bags being sent in by customers. All of our teams are working hard to keep up with the growth, and to provide the best possible experience for our customers as we expand our capabilities. We hope to be back to processing bags at a faster pace, and until then we have a slight hold on bag orders. We invite you to check back in the following weeks to order your Clean Out Kit.
