I have a Nexus 5. I was unaware this phone is factory unlocked when you receive it.
I ordered an unlock on two different occasions, thinking the first order had not gone through. When I found out my phone was never locked, I requested my money back. That was a pipe dream.

On 23rd March they received from my pay pal account nzammar@yahoo.com $8.89 us, and I still waiting to get the refund. If you can help refund my money. Ask Rebecca, I send her email every day, why she didn't reply?
