Immediately I install my unlock tool my pc usb will stop working... and it happens on all my pc
I had them try to unlock my phone and got an email saying it couldn't be done. talk to some one that said I would get a refund and it never came.

Not at all. In hind sight it seems that there business model is to make money from the people who do not challenge them to get their money back. This is why I always pay by credit card, never Paypal etc. With a credit card you can always reverse the transaction which then puts the responsibility back on the seller to prove that the transaction was completed, and correctly.
