The readers like myself will never know who is right and who is wrong... but what we do see is an unhappy customer. Mark M may spend time posting his complaint and the Company may spend time posting replies. Time is money. Companies might need to learn that rather than wasting time responding to posts they should do everything they can to make their customers happy... If ANY company has upset someone so much that they feel the need to vent about it online, then that company has not done its job of satisfying its customers. It does not matter what exactly happened, all I see is an unhappy customer and that to me means bad customer service.

Looks to me like this Mark M has posted the same complaint on every web review site going and the company have replied. I think Mark M needs to get a life if the company reply is right then Mark M has nothing to complain about.
