Sorry for the issue you have faced
According to your order status your order is locked,
Because you had ordered your products under sale offer.,
Under this offer we are deliver products if we receiving bulk request for that.

So if you ordered different sale products in bulk then we can deliver your product without charge any extra rupee, else you can request for your refund
