The pieces appear larger than the space that they fit into. a space between rows, when finished - which corrected itself. Any solutions?

I have been using the jigsaw puzzles and a couple of days ago the language on the puzzles changed to a foreign language and I can't read the names of
I have been using this site for a long time ir. All of a sudden it will not open it just times out or brings up a white page
What happened to your website? It says your contract has expired and if I try going to the page I have to reconfigure something and I shouldn't do it
I both check the autosave box and manually save the puzzle I'm working on, but they never reappear. Windows 7.
